The civil lawsuit accusing Aaron Hernandez of shooting a man in the face in February has been refiled, according to Greg Bedard of Sports Illustrated.

The lawsuit claims that Hernandez shot Alexander Bradley, an acquaintance from Connecticut, in the face Feb. 13 after visiting a strip club in Miami. The suit was originally filed June 13 (click here for the original court document) but was retracted June 18 due to an error, according to reports.

Bradley’s lawyers have refiled the case in South Florida District Court.

Hernandez has also been tied to a murder investigation in his hometown of North Attleboro, according to FOX 25. The investigation appears to be drug-related, and Hernandez has not yet been ruled out as a suspect.
