A fan proposing at a baseball game isn’t usually news. When it comes at an opponent’s ballpark? Well, that’s a little more interesting.
Some love-struck Boston fan popped the question during a Red Sox game on Monday, but it wasn’t at Friendly Fenway Park that he did so. Instead it was at Tropicana Field, in front of a half-full dome of people probably a little surprised that Sox fans were on the big screen at all.
Either way, best wishes to the happy couple. They’ll always have St. Petersburg.
