Daniel Nava, Shane VictorinoShane Victorino was activated from the Red Sox’ 15-day disabled list just in time for the encore performance in a day-night doubleheader against the Angels. Victorino has battled injuries all season, most recently missing 11 games because of a hamstring issue. He returns to the lineup in center field, leading off in the batting order.

The only other changes from the Sox’ day game lineup are that Jonny Gomes will bat in the No. 2 spot and hold down the fort in left field, and Jarrod Saltalamacchia will get a break as David Ross fills in behind the dish.

Clay Buchholz looks to extend his number of wins to nine with tonight’s start as he leads Major League Baseball with a 1.62 ERA.
