Over the years, baseball manager tirades have become their own category when it comes to sports comedy.

From Double-A manager Phillip Wellman‘s memorable 2006 temper tantrum to the number of meltdowns from retired manager Lou Piniella, the list of skippers who have completely lost it on the field is long.

The latest outburst comes to us from Triple-A Buffalo Bisons manager Marty Brown, who took exception to a no-call in his team’s game against the Norfolk Tides on Sunday after it appeared that an opposing runner had interfered with one of his players trying to field a ground ball. Brown left his spot in the dugout to argue with an umpire and was promptly ejected from the game.

But the skipper was just getting started. After getting thrown out, Brown decided he’d take a seat — in the middle of the infield. He then threw the helmet he was wearing toward home plate and crossed his legs as if he were lounging by his pool before finally getting up and kicking his helmet while walking off the field.

It wasn’t the most outrageous blow-up ever, but it was certainly a unique one. Check out the hilarity in the video below.
