Deron Williams waited long enough for the Nets’ trade with the Celtics to become official. Now that Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Jason Terry officially are on their way to Brooklyn, Williams is in the mood to celebrate.
After the blockbuster deal became official on Friday, the Nets point guard posted a Photoshopped image on Instagram featuring Pierce, Garnett and Terry already decked out in their new black-and-white uniforms. Williams’ picture also includes forward Andrei Kirilenko, who was signed to a bargain two-year, $6 million deal on Thursday.
