Sarah Jones has reason to cheer.

The former Bengals cheerleader was awarded $338,000 in damages in federal court this week after a jury found that posts about her on the thedirty.com in 2009 were false, according to WLWT.com.

“I’m grateful the jury heard all the evidence and based their decision on that evidence,” she told reporters afterwards.

This isn’t her first time in court, either. In 2012, she admitted to a judge that she had sex with a 17-year-old student while teaching at a Kentucky high school, pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and custodial interference. In 2009, Jones sued Dirty World Entertainment Recordings LLC, which owns thedirt.com. Because the company never responded, Jones was awarded $11 million in a default judgment, but there was one problem: she sued the wrong company. The defendant should have been Arizona-based Dirty World LLC, which owns thedirty.com.

That brought her to this week’s federal court hearing. According to Forbes.com, thedirty.com published an article titled “The Dirty Bengals Cheerleader” which claimed that Jones slept with every member of the Bengals and had STDs.
