Don’t worry, Chicago hockey fans, he’s not leaving your beloved Windy City — he’s just looking for a new place to call home.
Toews is looking to sell his high-rise condo in Lakeshore East, according to the Chicago Tribune. The report indicates that Toews is under contract to sell his three-bedroom, four-bathroom penthouse for $1.7 million.
The center bought the luxurious living space, which sits on the 32nd floor, for $1.48 million in 2008. He had originally listed it for $1.85 million. The condo is 2,714 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Navy Pier.
