Sunday night’s Red Sox-Yankees game went real long, as games between the two historic rivals tend to do. Sox fans who stayed up way past their bedtime were treated to one of the more thrilling finishes in what’s turning into an unforgettable season for the club.

In the bottom of the 11th inning, with the two teams tied 7-7, Boston first baseman Mike Napoli stepped to the plate. Napoli worked the count full, got a pitch to drive and drive it he did, crushing a fastball from Adam Warren.

It wasn’t his first home run of the night, though. Napoli took CC Sabathia deep earlier in the game with a majestic three-run shot. The game-winner then came after Napoli grounded into an inning-ending double play with the bases loaded in the eighth inning.

See both home runs in the video below.
