Kris Humphries, Johan PetroNot that anyone was planning on it anyway, but it might not be a good idea to rush out and buy a Gerald Wallace or Kris Kardashian Humphries jersey just yet.

The Celtics will look to trade both players, according to Sherrod Blakely of CSNNE.com. Wallace and Humphries, along with Kris Joseph, Keith Bogans and MarShon Brooks, were brought over from the Nets in the deal that sent Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Jason Terry to Brooklyn.

As Jay King of MassLive.com points out, signing rookie Colton Iverson would put Boston over the 15-player limit. King mentioned Joseph and Shavlik Randolph as possible release candidates because their contracts won’t be guaranteed until Aug. 1.

King also mentioned that based on a rule in the collective bargaining agreement, the Celtics could not trade Wallace or Humphries in combination with another player on the roster for two months since Boston was over the salary cap when they made the initial trade with the Nets. So, either player would have to be dealt individually or on Sept. 12.
