GretzkyhouseWayne Gretzky is revered by many as the greatest hockey player of all time. Now, the Phoenix Coyotes owner seems to be trying to be the greatest at something else — real estate.

It might not yet be as decorated as his hockey resume — which includes nine Hart Trophies and four Stanley Cup titles — but his real estate resume is nothing to scoff at. So far, “The Great One” has built a house in Thousand Oaks, Calif., then sold it in 2007 for $18.5 million to former baseball player Lenny Dykstra — who put it on the market this year after reportedly trashing it. Gretzky has also purchased real estate in Westlake Village, Calif.

Now, the 52-year-old is selling again. He has put his Scottsdale, Ariz., home on the market for $3.395 million.

The property, which is located in a secluded, gated community, is described as “both sophisticated and elegant with finishes that are of superior quality and workmanship,” according to its listing. The 5,619-square-foot home includes, for starters, three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in the main house, and a one-bed, one-bath casita for guests. And if that’s not enough, the property provides breathtaking views of nearby Camelback Mountain.
