Michelle Jenneke Australian hurdler Michelle Jenneke, 20, has been training since age 10. She even won a silver medal in the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics. But that’s not why she has received worldwide attention.

Most remember her as the peppy girl doing a pre-race warm-up dance in a video that went viral.

Unlike other 20-somethings who seem to fall apart in the limelight, Jenneke seems to be handling it pretty well. The Aussie has been using her name to help fundraise for charity. The Westpac City2Surf event raised almost $4 million for charities and causes throughout Australia. She also had a major hand in raising money for the Daniel Berry Fundraising Campaign, which helped with the medical expenses of her friend, Australian para-athlete Daniel Berry. Berry lost his battle to brain cancer in July.

Jenneke plays Australian rules football, soccer and handball. She has also raced a 45-horsepower car.
