Chris Sale had one of his worst outings of the season Friday night, but after being taken out in the seventh inning he wasn’t quite ready to rest his tired arm.

After allowing eight hits — four of which were home runs — and eight runs over seven innings against the Rangers, the left-hander was less than pleased with his performance. The 24-year-old walked off the diamond and proceeded to take out his frustration on an innocent cooler sitting on top of the dugout bench. Starting with the assistance of his glove and then moving on to a barehanded approach, the southpaw did some serious damage to the cooler as his teammates casually ignored the tirade.

Check out the cooler, which fared better than the dugout phone after David Ortiz‘s tirade, in the GIF below, courtesy of Deadspin.
