The Red Sox are known to have perhaps the best traveling fans in Major League Baseball. No matter what road city Boston turns up in, there are always New England supporters there to cheer on the Sox.
On Wednesday in Toronto, that propensity to follow the Sox like Deadheads was taken to a whole new level. One group of Red Sox fans at Rogers Centre brought a sign and their own Jerry Remy lookalike, and the resemblance is indeed striking. Remy, himself, doesn’t necessarily see it, though.
