Crazy Joe Maddon is at it again.

After putting a gong in center field at the Trop and bringing penguins to the stadium to ‘chill’ the Rays clubhouse out, the Rays manager has explored the reptilian side of things. On Thursday, Maddon had a 20-foot snake carted into the team’s clubhouse before their matchup with the Seattle Mariners.

Maddon has made a name for himself as a quirky manager willing to go to great lengths to bring his clubhouse together. Judging from the photos of his team with the 20-foot snake, they seem pretty chummy with one another.
