That was quick. Nelson Cruz player T-Shirts are now on sale — and you can apparently get them for pretty cheap, at least at one Texas sports apparel store.
The Rangers outfielder was handed a 50-game suspension on Monday as part of Major League Baseball’s crackdown on players involved with the Biogenesis clinic. Cruz, who leads the Rangers in both home runs and RBIs, can still return this season if his team makes the playoffs, but that didn’t stop a sports apparel store in Austin from marking down the All-Star slugger’s merchandise and putting Cruz player T-Shirts on the 75 percent off rack.
