The positivity hit a speed bump over the weekend, however. Tom Guiry, the actor who played Scotty Smalls, was arrested in Houston after headbutting a police officer while trying to board a flight, according to TMZ.

Guiry was told by a United Airlines employee that he was too drunk to fly and wouldn’t be allowed to board the plane. Law enforcement told TMZ that an airport cop then attempted to diffuse the situation, but Guiry reportedly became belligerent and tried to kick the cop in the face before he landed the headbutt.

Guiry was arrested and charged with felony assault on a police officer, but the actor posted $5,000 bail and was released.

Back in July, the 31-year-old actor did not join his castmates when they gathered at the Salt Lake City baseball diamond where the movie was filmed, so, now for two reasons, “You’re killing me, Smalls.”
