The University of Michigan football team already has plenty of resources at its disposal. Patriots fans could argue that few are as invaluable as what the team was able to experience Thursday morning.

That’s because Patriots quarterback and Michigan alum Tom Brady was on campus to speak with the Wolverines on Thursday. The former Michigan quarterback — who battled for playing time on his way to becoming a sixth-round pick for New England — dropped by since the Pats are in the area to play the Detroit Lions on Thursday night.

Brady also used the time to speak with Michigan head coach Brady Hoke.
