We’d tell the Bills to save their effort for the field, but they did that and then some on Sunday.

Buffalo fans were in fine form before Sunday’s season opener against the Patriots. Prior to their team coming out and almost stealing one against New England before losing, 23-21, a little parade of Bills fans could be seen heading into the tailgating action with some garb that mocked former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez.

The Bills fans wore orange jumpsuits with “Hernandez 81” on the back. For those living under a rock for the past few months, they are mocking the fact that Hernandez is now in Bristol County Jail after being charged with one murder and linked to others.
