Colorado floodMore than a hundred people are still missing as a result of the massive flooding that covered northeastern Colorado, and many residents have returned home only to discover that their homes are no longer there.

Seeking to respond to the devastation, Air Force men’s basketball coach Dave Pilipovich has pledged to donate $10 for every season ticket sold between Sept. 30 and Oct. 30. The program hopes to raise $30,000 in 30 days, with 100 percent of donations going to flood victims. On top of that, the school will donate $1 for every 3-pointer the Falcons hit this season.

The 3-pointer pledge should not be taken lightly. The Falcons attempted 712 threes last season, the most in the Mountain West Conference, and hit 38.2 percent of their attempts, second-best in the conference behind Boise State.
