It’s supposed to be ridiculously hot Wednesday in Boston, but there will be a reminder that winter is not far behind. That’s because the Bruins open training camp Wednesday in Boston, less than three months after their season ended in disappointing fashion in the Stanley Cup Final.
The B’s will be off the ice Wednesday, as they’ll get their conditioning testing and other odds and ends out of the way before they actually begin skating Thursday. When they do so, they will be split up into two groups. The roster and those groups were announced Wednesday morning.
