Aside from a strong 2010 campaign by Michael Vick, the Eagles’ quarterback situation has been a mess since the team parted ways with Donovan McNabb in 2010. McNabb, the greatest quarterback in franchise history, returns to Philadelphia on Thursday to have his number retired, but Eagles fans still do not appear to miss No. 5 all that much.

A poll posted on Philly.com asking whether the Eagles miss Andy Reid‘s coaching or McNabb’s production at quarterback showed an overwhelming percentage of respondents declaring that they don’t really miss either. It appears those fans are happy with a turnover-prone passer who cannot stay on the field in Vick and a rookie head coach in Chip Kelly who has a 1-1 record in his first two NFL games — and the Eagles barely survived that one win.
