Jonny Gomes‘ beard has been unofficially glorious for some time. Now, he has official documentation of its awesomeness.
Gomes was honored by the Boston Beard Bureau prior to “Dollar Beard Night” at Fenway Park on Wednesday night. Any fan who showed up with a beard — real or fake — could purchase a $1 discounted ticket to the game between the Red Sox and the Orioles.
A man who appears to be Santa Claus met with Gomes before the game. Check it out below.
