Aldon Smith can’t seem to stay out of trouble.
The 49ers pass rusher was arrested Friday morning on charges of DUI and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody after getting into a single-car accident, according to USA Today. His car hit a tree, according to the San Jose Mercury News.
The Santa Clara Count Sheriff tweeted that Smith was booked into jail.

Smith was released after posting $5,250 bail. His blood alcohol level was .15.
