Tim TebowThe offers keep pouring in for Tim Tebow, but unfortunately for the quarterback, they’re coming from every league except the one he wants to play in.

The latest team attempting to woo the Heisman Trophy winner is the Moscow Black Storm — an American football team in Russia. The team’s owner Mikhail Zaltsman even wants Tebow to join his squad so badly that he is willing to pay him a hefty chunk of change for his services in just two playoff games.

“We have offered him $1 million for two games,” Zaltsman told Russia Behind the Headlines. “I talked with him personally and he wanted to go.”

Zaltsman would like Tebow to fly to Russia for the team’s semifinal game in the American Football Championship of Russia on Sept. 28, and then play in the championship game if they advance. The plan seems all but locked up for Zaltsman, but Tebow’s agents are reportedly urging him not to take the opportunity.

“They’re thinking of using him as a motivational speaker,” Zaltsman said. “They don’t want him to play football.”
