Von Miller, Ryan McBeanJohn Fox is not going to be pleased.

Von Miller has caused his fair share of trouble during his time with the Broncos, and his legal issues just continue to grow. According to the Denver Post, the Broncos linebacker has an open warrant for his arrest in the state of California after receiving a traffic ticket in Orange County last year but failing to show up for his court date.

This is the second time Miller has missed a court date. He was arrested last month for not appearing, and just last week he was cited for driving with a suspended license as well as for speeding.

While Miller is currently serving a six-game suspension, he will be eligible to return on Oct. 14 — long before the team travels to California to take on the Chargers in Week 10 and the Raiders in Week 17. The Post said it is unclear how this will effect his traveling plans, but the warrant applies to the entire state.

The team said “they are looking into the report.”
