Rob Gronkowski, Andre' GoodmanFOXBORO, Mass. — For the second straight day, Rob Gronkowski was in uniform and practicing with the Patriots.

Gronkowski was working with the starters in 11-on-11s on Monday as the portion of practice open to the media was wrapping up. The players were in shells and shorts. Sunday afternoon’s practice was full pads.

Will Svitek was absent again. He was spotted in the locker room on Sunday with a knee brace on. All of the new players on the 53-man roster were accounted for — A.J. Francis, Braxston Cave, Chris White and Chris Barker.

Quentin Sims, who NESN.com reported was being signed to the practice squad on Sunday night, was not spotted at practice. A source said Sims’ flight was landing Monday morning and that it might be a stretch for him to be out at practice Monday morning. There was a No. 71, who is not on the roster, spotted at practice.
