Andy Roddick probably didn’t have a lot of time to hang out in Austin, Texas, during his globetrotting tennis career, but he had a home there anyway — until now.
Roddick, freshly hired as a co-host on FOX Sports 1 this summer, and his wife, model Brooklyn Decker, are putting their lakefront mansion in Austin up for sale. They bought the 1.8-acre spread in November 2009 and are now selling it for $12.5 million.
It’s not the only home the couple has in the area, though. The pair appears to have a bit of interest in local real estate, having already bought two other houses and sold one, according to trulia.com.
This one, though, appears to be a real landing spot for the two. It features custom his and hers bathrooms (Decker’s bathroom has its own washer and dryer as well as a custom closet, while Roddick’s has a refrigerator and an ice bath). It has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms overall as well as the customary pool, dock and boathouse.
