Jordan CaronBOSTON — The Bruins are going to be without Loui Eriksson for at least a game or two it would seem, and that means Jordan Caron gets another opportunity to get back into the Bruins lineup.

While it may not be under ideal circumstances — the Bruins announced Eriksson suffered a concussion Wednesday in Buffalo — but it’s a chance nonetheless for Caron. He had a good start to the season as he was filling in for injured forward Carl Soderberg, and Caron actually played pretty well. He started to cool off recently, and he was the healthy scratch in the last two games after Soderberg returned to the lineup.

Caron scored one goal in the six games he skated in.

In other lineup notes, Freddie Hamilton is expected to be in the San Jose lineup. Hamilton, brother of Bruins defenseman Dougie Hamilton, made his NHL debut on Monday against the Detroit Red Wings.

Here are the rest of the projected lines for Thursday’s game at TD Garden.
