Dolphinscheerleaders.com Gets Hacked, Sends Mobile Users to Pornography Site Instead

Move over, Cowboys.com. Dolphinscheerleaders.com got pretty interesting this week.

Mobile users who tried to visit the website recently found themselves instead redirected to a pornography site, The Palm Beach Post reports.

“It was hacked without our knowledge,” team spokesman Harvey Greene said. “We learned about it earlier today. We were able to fix it. We’re going to continue to investigate how this happened.”

While the redirect has since been fixed — and never affected the Web version — it had to be the best Dolphins-related mistake this week after Ryan Tannehill and the Fish failed to capitalize on a 17-3 lead and finish off the Patriots in Foxboro on Sunday, instead losing 27-17.
