It just isn’t Eli Manning‘s year.
Now opposing teams only need one hand and a very obstructed view of the Giants quarterback to take him down. During the second quarter of Monday night’s game, Jared Allen added to his already impressive list of sacks with a one-handed takedown.
Will Beatty tried his darndest to keep the relentless defensive end from getting to his signal caller, but Beatty just kept getting pushed back further and further until Manning was in Allen’s reach. Allen then simply reached around the offensive tackle and provided the world with another example of Manning face.
