Kevin DurantKevin Durant has good taste in a lot of areas, and that extends to his choice in real estate, too.

The Thunder star is selling the home he bought in 2011 in the Club Villa neighborhood of Oklahoma City, which means regular folks can take a peak inside the place where Durant would put his plus-size shoes up after a hard day of work.

Durant bought the home for $1.799 million and is selling it for $1.95 million, according to realtor.com. Really, it’s a combo pad — one part main home, one part guest house, with a pool as well. It has 5,545 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, but the real perks are the nice finish. With hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings complete with exposed beams, it’s a classy-looking place.

While the house would seem like a nice spot to settle down (a real possibility now that Durant is engaged to Monica Wright), Durant is actually working on tuning up some brownstones close to Chesapeake Energy Arena and his new restaurant in Oklahoma City.

That means this hardwood court is open for a new king.
