We’re sure going to miss this guy.

Boston mayor Thomas Menino is always aware of the city’s successful sports teams, but he’s not always the best one to publicly address them. With long playoff runs usually comes a classic “Menino-ism,” and this week was no exception as the Red Sox prepare for the 2013 World Series against the St. Louis Cardinals.

On Tuesday, Menino reminded fans to be responsible as the Red Sox try to bring back the “World Series Cup.”
