Nate Burleson is lucky to be alive. Sadly, his pizza didn’t make it.
The Lions wide receiver, who broke his arm in a car accident recently after he lost control of his vehicle reaching for a falling pizza box, posted some images of the to his Instagram account.
“I’m releasing these pix for 2 reasons: 1) I walked away from a totalled vehicle #Blessed 2) I have to hear all the pizza jokes…lol I’ll start-Yes I am the 5th Ninja Turtle. #LovePizza #LetTheJokesBegin,” he wrote.
As seen below, the car is a complete wreck and he’s lucky he wasn’t seriously injured. As for that delicious and now famous pizza? Let’s just say it’s not going to make it.
