Patriots Work Out Defensive Tackle DaJohn Harris, Defensive End Marcus Dixon

DaJohn HarrisFOXBORO, Mass. — With two open spots on the roster, the Patriots brought two players in for workouts on Friday.

Defensive tackle DaJohn Harris and defensive end Marcus Dixon tried out for New England. The Patriots have a full practice squad, but only 51 players on the active roster.

Harris went undrafted out of USC in 2012. He played seven games for the Titans last season. He is listed at 6-foot-3, 306 pounds.

Dixon went undrafted out of Hampton University in 2008. He has played for the Cowboys, Jets and Chiefs. In 22 career games, Dixon has 2 1/2 sacks and 21 total tackles. He is listed at 6-foot-4, 295 pounds.
