An attendant at a Philadelphia parking garage has been accused of stealing nearly a quarter-million dollars from the bank account of Eagles offensive lineman Todd Herremans.

Philly.com reports that Philadelphia native Robert Von Ryan has been charged with bank fraud after he allegedly broke into Herremans’ car and stole documents containing the lineman’s bank account numbers. U.S. Attorney Zane David Memeger says Von Ryan then used the stolen information to transfer a total of $225,034.52 from Herremans’ account to his own between 2009 and 2012.

A team representative said that Von Ryan is an attendant at the Eagles’ team hotel but is not a team employee. The spokesperson also confirmed that Herremans, referred to by federal prosecutors as “T.H.,” was the player involved in the incident.

Von Ryan could face up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine if convicted.
