Red Sox Announce Roster for ALCS Against Tigers

The Red Sox are set to take the field at Fenway Park for the heavily anticipated start of the ALCS, and they’ll do so with the same 25 guys as they did against Tampa Bay.

The Sox announced their official 25-man roster for their series with Detroit ahead of Game 1 on Saturday. The roster is an exact replica of the one they played with in the ALDS. With a trip to the World Series on the line, they’re hoping the results remain the same, too.

The Red Sox and Tigers open up their championship series at Fenway on Saturday night. First pitch is set for 8:07 p.m. Tune into NESN at 7 p.m. for all the pregame action.
