Danny AmendolaIt’s looking more and more likely Danny Amendola and Aqib Talib will not be suiting up for the Patriots on Sunday.

Amendola (concussion/groin) and Talib (hip) missed practice for the second straight day Thursday, according to multiple reports. Tommy Kelly (knee) and Leon Washington (ankle) missed practice, as well.

Starting right guard Dan Connolly returned to the practice field. He, like Amendola, suffered a concussion on Sunday against the Saints. If there is such thing, Connolly’s appeared more minor. Amendola appeared to get knocked out on the field.

The Patriots have one more practice this week before they head to New York on Saturday to play the Jets on Sunday. If Amendola, Talib and Kelly are out, the Patriots will be missing four starters on defense and at least two starters on offense.
