A routine sideline segment almost ended very badly for Kristina Pink.
The Fox Sports 1 reporter was staring into the camera during Thursday night’s USC-Arizona game in Los Angeles when Wildcats receiver Samajie Grant was run out of bounds by a host of Trojans defenders, nearly taking out Pink in the process. The reporter took a bit of a shot from behind, but she managed to stay on her feet.
Arizona wasn’t so lucky, as USC dropped the visitors to 0-2 in Pac-12 play with a 38-31 win in the first game of the post-Lane Kiffin era.
