John Farrell, Miguel CabreraThe 2013 season is officially in the books.

The Red Sox are champions of the baseball world. That’s indisputable. Individual awards, however, carry far more debate, as fans and pundits alike spend countless hours weighing the merits of each player’s resume.

This week marks the MLB GM meetings in Orlando, Fla. And as each team looks into building the best roster possible for 2014, we’ll also find out which players are coming away from the 2013 season with some hardware. Below is a quick glimpse of when each award will be announced this week.

Monday: AL/NL Rookie of the Year
Tuesday: AL/NL Manager of the Year
Wednesday: AL/NL Cy Young
Thursday: AL/NL Most Valuable Player

Some awards are easier to predict than others — as is usually the case. The most heated argument certainly lies with the American League MVP award, which figures to be a two-horse race (again) between Miguel Cabrera and Mike Trout. Then again, Chris Davis‘ monster season needs to be taken under consideration as well.

So who will get the nod this season? Find out at the link below, which includes projected winners for each of this season’s MLB awards.
