Claude Julien Says Bruins Got ‘Too Complacent’ Against Red Wings, Hopes Lopsided Loss Serves as Wake-Up Call (Video)

The Bruins certainly won’t be thankful for how they played on Wednesday night, but Claude Julien was still able to find some positives in the ugly loss.

Although the Bruins got outplayed in every zone, the B’s head coach hopes that their 6-1 loss will serve as a wake-up call to a team that he believes got too complacent. Julien continued on, acknowledging that perhaps they’ll look back on this game and view it as the one that got them going in the right direction for the rest of the season.
