The Boston Bruins have won three straight games on their current home stand, and the tremendous offensive performance from the first line is one of the primary reasons for the team’s success.

The top trio of David Krejci, Milan Lucic and Jarome Iginla has impacted games physically with a strong forecheck and plenty of hitting, but it has also made a difference on the score sheet. Krejci, Lucic and Iginla rank first, second and third on the Bruins in scoring, respectively, and Lucic leads the club with seven goals.

Over the last few weeks, it’s clear that this line is starting to develop some impressive chemistry after replacing Nathan Horton with Iginla at the right-wing spot over the summer.

Check out the video above to hear the Bruins and coach Claude Julien talk about the success of the top line.
