The 27-year-old former Celtics first-round pick never quite lived up to his pre-draft hype, except in one area: dunking.
Green wowed spectators in 2005, winning the McDonald’s All-American Slam Dunk Contest. Two years later, a 22-year-old Green won the NBA’s version of the contest with a tribute to Celtics legend Dee Brown.
Six years later and on his eighth NBA team, Green is still forcing fans out of their seats with his high-flying antics.
