jppWhenever the Giants and Cowboys get together, all bets are off. Jason Pierre-Paul is in his fourth season as a part of the rivalry, and he’s prepared for another all-out war.

“We’re going to put it on them, man,” Pierre-Paul said of the Cowboys after the Giants’ win on Sunday, per ESPN.

The Giants are on a roll, winning four in a row following an 0-6 start to the season. They downed the Aaron Rodgers-less Packers 27-13 in New York on Sunday afternoon. Now, at 4-6 on the season, the Giants are on the verge of climbing back into the NFC playoff race, but first, the Cowboys are standing in their way.

There will likely only be one NFC East representative in the playoffs this season, making next Sunday’s tilt at the Meadowlands an important one for both the Giants and Cowboys (5-5). The significance isn’t lost on the Giants either, especially Pierre-Paul, who is expecting a bloodbath.

“It’s going to be a fight,” Pierre-Paul said. “It’s going to be a dogfight. There’s going to be a lot of blood spilled out there.”

The Cowboys drew first blood already this season, dropping the Giants in Week 1 with a 36-31 win in Dallas. Pierre-Paul, who had an impressive 24-yard interception return for a touchdown in Sunday’s win, and the Giants are planning to exact a little revenge this time around.
