Kari Lehtonen did his best Julie “The Cat” Gaffney impression Thursday night in Calgary.
Lehtonen’s Dallas Stars demolished their hosts, getting four goals from Tyler Seguin and six points from Jamie Benn in a 7-3 rout of the Flames. With Dallas netting the game’s first five goals, the outcome was never really in doubt, granting the Finnish netminder some much-needed chill time in the crease.
