There’s no love lost between the Eagles and Redskins. Some fans just have to learn that the hard way.

Eagles running back and NFL rushing leader LeSean McCoy took some steps to show just how little love there was between the two fanbases ahead of kickoff. McCoy decided to protect his home field on Sunday, visiting the fans in the stands near the end zone and making sure any Skins fans knew exactly where they were.

McCoy ran up to the stands, giving out a few high fives to some lucky Eagles fans before turning his attention on an avid Washington fan seated nearby. The fan, decked out in a Robert Griffin III jersey, was waving a “Welcome to Redskins Country” flag right in McCoy’s face. The running back proceeded to snatch the flag from the fan’s hands and walk away with it while sharing a few passing thoughts with his rival fan.
