Liverpool Football Club offers its condolences to everyone affected by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

The tropical storm struck on Nov. 8, bringing winds of over 195 mph and torrential rain and leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.

It’s estimated more than 10,000 were killed by the disaster, with in excess of 600,000 displaced and 9.8 million people now requiring urgent aid.

Liverpool FC is backing the Disasters Emergency Committee’s appeal to raise funds for those in need of food, clean water and shelter.
