The greatest basketball player to ever play the game is selling the greatest house to ever be built.
That’s right: NBA legend Michael Jordan is selling his Highland Park home to the hottest bidder for a cool minimum bid of $21 million.
In case the 56,000 square feet, 7.39 acres, 19 bathrooms and nine bedrooms weren’t enough luxury, Jordan included Earth’s rendition of the Pearly Gates — with Jordan’s No. 23 front and center in the middle of them — at his front door. The place also has an indoor basketball court emblazoned with MJ’s name and Air Jordan likeness on the baselines and center court, respectively, and a pool that features an island in the middle.
Is anyone really surprised that the man who made the drive right, switch left midair-layup famous against the Lakers in the Finals has his own island swimming pool in the back yard? Didn’t think so.
