Sealver SiligaFOXBORO, Mass. — Sealver Siliga has received a promotion.

The third-year defensive tackle was signed to the Patriots’ 53-man roster on Wednesday. He signed to the practice squad on Oct. 23.

Siliga’s promotion comes one day after the Patriots released Marcus Forston from the 53-man roster. New England also made its signings of tight end D.J. Williams to the 53-man roster and offensive tackle Patrick Ford to the practice squad official.

Siliga went undrafted out of Utah in 2011. He has spent time with the 49ers, Broncos and Seahawks during his brief career.
