Richie Incognito just can’t escape the spotlight.

During the Dolphins’ Monday Night Football loss to the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay, the Fins were charged with four penalties. One first-half penalty in particular was on Incognito, according to ESPN’s Mike Tirico.
