Tuukka Rask Makes Point-Blank Save During Penguins’ Three-on-Two Rush in Third Period (Video)

The Penguins came out firing on Monday night, registering 10 shots to Boston’s five in the first period, but Tuukka Rask was a brick wall.

The Bruins goaltender turned in another stellar performance on the night, making 28 saves on 31 shots, but one in particular in the third period stood out more than the others. With Pittsburgh leading a 3-on-2 rush, Rask foiled Matt Niskanen‘s point-blank shot and preserved the B’s 3-2 lead late in the third.
